State National Camps are designed to bring together the best junior athletes and their coaches from within the state to assist and support the holistic and overall development of junior players. The camps will be delivered by Badminton Australia (in consultation with the state/territory associations) with the main objective to provide development opportunities and experiences to state junior athletes and their coaches within their own state/territory. Athletes selected in the State Development Squads may also be invited to the State National Camps. Athlete selections will be based on the Badminton Australia National Selection Criteria and Guidelines.

• Parent education sessions

Each year camps will take place around Australia and State Squad athletes can be invited to attend.

Badminton Australia are working with a number of States/Territories to run camps as pilot programs to continue offering ongoing National Camps that commenced running in 2022.
