International Entries & BWF Numbers

For Australian players wanting to enter international events please carefully read the below information and complete the required information.

Click on the link below to submit your international competition entry request. All entries will be provided to the Badminton Australia Entry Officer  to process https://form.jotform.com/221703263281852

International competition entry requests must be submitted during standard business hours being Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm AEST (Melbourne/Canberra/Sydney).

Entry requests submitted outside of these hours, may not be processed until the following business day. 

It is the athlete’s responsibility to ensure entry requests are submitted well ahead of entry deadlines to ensure the entry can be processed on time. Badminton Australia takes no responsibility for entry requests that are submitted late or outside of business hours and which therefore may result in an entry not being submitted.

Australian players who do not yet have an Australian BWF number, will need to submit a BWF ID Number Application Form using the following link: https://form.jotform.com/242390868849070

Players who have a BWF number under a different country, and who wish to transfer their BWF number to Australia, are required to submit a BWF Player Transfer Form via the following link: https://form.jotform.com/242391949266872

Please note that players who are in Australia on an Electronic Travel Authority Visa (ETA Visa) or a Tourist Visa, are not eligible for a BWF Player Transfer.
